Colin's Grandma passed away last week. Since scrapbooking is therapy, I used this sketch from My Scraps & More to make a tribute page for her.

The Paper Girls Challenge 23 - Ledger Paper

I got the sketch from Sketch Savvy (#57) for the Paper Girls challenge of using ledger paper.

I used the ledger paper for the journalling (which I just noticed I screwed up on and have to re-do)!

Scrapbook Steals MCM #8 - Valentines Theme

Yay, a chance to do a Valentines LO from last year, about my son's first love letter.

The pink swatch on the envelope in the middle photo is just there to keep the recipient and address secret :-)

Kiwi Lane - 2013 Week 1

 Now that I finally have access to some Kiwi Lane templates, I get to do their weekly sketch challenges! They are not MY templates, but my moms. But what's hers is mine, and what's mine is hers. One of the benefits of having a mom who scrapbooks and lives 2 blocks away!

A card for my niece's birthday today. Perfect time for neon! Now that I look at it on the computer, I think I'm going to add a green neon "15" on it, since her party is neon pink and green.

Scrappin' 'n Happy & Grand Diva's Creative Corner

I killed two birds with one layout.

First, Grand Diva's Creative Corners' January sketch challenge.  I, like Grand Diva, used the same Page Maps sketch she did:

I also used this sketch/page to fulfill Scrappin' n' Happy's January challenge of doing a winter themed page.

LOVE how this turned out! The reflection of my pink sweater showed up on the mirrored snowflakes, but oh well!

Scrapmuch? - Jan 4

 Finally the busyness of the holidays are over and I can spend time in my Woman Cave. Thanks to my mom for taking the kids for 4 hours while I neglected the house and got scrappin. First up is Scrapmuch? Jan 4 sketch.

Enjoyed using up some fall paper in my stash.
